The Poltu Quatu Residence places 67 single apartments at full disposal of the guests surrounded by the green hills, which are part of the same architectonical complex of the Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu and are decorated with the same style. They are thought for people who desire a private apartment without loosing a 5-star location comfort surrounded by nature.
 
The choice of one of the apartments in Poltu Quatu is a real pleasure: terraces with sea view, marble floors, valuable carpets and refined curtains, fine decorations and unique furnishings make the interiors comfortable and refined.
 
Each apartment is made up by one or more rooms, living room, wooden rollaway kitchens. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom. In all rooms a flat screen TV is available. Each apartment has one or more terraces according to the apartment type.
 
The residence offers different types of apartments:
 
Two-room apartments: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room, terrace or balcony
Three-room apartments: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, terrace or balcony

In all apartments there is the opportunity to host an extra guest by requesting a studio couch (a supplement is requested).

All proposals are created upon the different stay needs according to the manor rates the guests can enjoy the swimming pool, the beach, the gym, the bar, fine lobbies and the restaurants to have the feeling to lodge in one of the most beautiful places in the world..
 
Living rate with only room treatment
Overlooking the typical hilled Sardinian landscape, or onto the residence interior with its silent and delightful green roads, these apartments are the perfect solution for those who like living Poltu Quatu in absolute intimacy in its most secluded spots. This rate includes the only room treatment and does not include the hotel facilities (swimming pool, gym, beach, sauna).
