The Presidential Suite, unique in its style, is made up by a bedroom, a dining room and a living room, a working spot with a desk, a copying machine, scanner and fax.
 
The Presidential Suite can be connected to three other rooms (extra room booked separately) communicating with the wide hall but independent one from the other. One of the 3 rooms is equipped with a little terrace with a private 4 seat Jacuzzi and it is ideal for those who wish to share the presidential suite with more than 2 people.
Each of the 4 rooms has an enchanting private bathroom made up by a toilet area and a bath area with shower, designed according to the colours of the presidential suite which recall the Mediterranean warmth. The main bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi bath.
 
The living area, about 180 sq meters wide, has a marble floor and it is enlighten by wide glass windows which overlook the private terrace on the natural fiord of Poltu Quatu and custom made designed glass window which recalls the Mediterranean warm colours and assures privacy and relax. Its interior design is in line with the room atmosphere: the places width recalls the light colours of the textile chosen for the 2 big sofas and the cushions and in this shining linearity burst the warm colours chosen for the oriental carpets and decorations. Unique art pieces decorate the walls and refined antique oriental pieces embellish the suite furniture.
 
In a separate room, a kitchenette is available for the guests or for the restaurant catering service of the hotel round the clock, on request and with a supplement. Furthermore, always on request with fee, this kitchenette can also be reserved with a chef of the hotel available for the suite guests round the clock.
 
From the living area you can go out directly onto the 250 sq. m terrace with sea view which offers white gazebos decorated with light curtains to protect oneself from the sunlight and a 8x5 m private swimming pool made up of Sardinian granite and equipped with a Jacuzzi and a deckchair. On the terrace a big table for 8 people is available and it is ideal for open air summer lunch with the enchanting sea view.
 
The absolute privacy for those who lodge in the presidential suite is guaranteed by another external entrance, a flight of stairs which leads you directly to the main entrance of the suite from the village square.
